Safety and Security Policy

Safety Tips

  1. Never send money: Avoid sending any money or financial assistance to other members.
  2. Set clear expectations: Clearly communicate your intentions and expectations to prevent misunderstandings.
  3. Use video chats: Conduct video calls with your partner periodically to ensure authenticity.
  4. Protect your information: Never share your passwords, account access, or official documents with anyone.

Important Notice We strongly advise our members to adhere to the following guidelines to protect your privacy:

  • Do not include personal details such as your last name, email address, home address, phone number, workplace, or other identifying information in your online profile or initial messages. Cease communication with anyone who pressures you for personal or financial information or attempts to deceive you into revealing it.
  • If arranging a face-to-face meeting, always inform a family member or friend of your plans, including your destination and expected return time. Avoid being picked up from your home; use your own transportation to and from the meeting and choose a public place with many people around.

  • A decision by a member to discontinue the relationship at any stage.
  • Presence of photos of relatives, friends, or ex-partners on social media.
  • Wearing rings, which does not necessarily indicate marital status.
  • Use of nicknames by members.
